. . � ORDINANCE NO. 2008-60 ORDINANCE AMENDING O-1 PLANNED UNIT DE IELOPMENT - 2200 BLOCK NORTH UNION STREET - WHEREAS, on the 7th day of August, 2008, upon due noti e, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Decatur Mem rial Health Foundation to modify and amend the O-1 Planned Unit Development previously ap roved by Ordinance No. 2002-18 on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and descr'bed as follows: Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20 of Starbuck's and T�ain's Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 37 and Lots 48, 49, and 5(� of Butler Heights Subdivision as per Plat recorded in Book 335, Page 610 and the'vacated 80 foot of West Hay Street Right of Way between the West Right of �Vay line of North Union Street and the East Right of Way line of North Mon$oe Street and the vacated 60 foot Right of Way of North Union Street between he North Right of Way line of West Kenwood Street and the South Right of Wa line of West Hay Street. AND Commencing at the intersection of the West Right of Way Lin of North Edward Street with the South Right of Way Line of the vacated West ay Street; thence North 80 feet along the said West Right of Way line of N rth Edward Street extended northerly to the point of beginning, said point also be'ng the intersection of the vacated West Right of Way line of North Edward Stre t with the vacated North Right of Way line of West Hay Street; thence North 10 eet along the said vacated West Right of Way line of North Edward Street; thenc West 430 feet on a line 10 feet North of and parallel to the said vacated North R'ght of Way line of West Hay Street; thence South 10 feet to a point on the said v cated North Right of Way line of West Hay Street; thence East 430 feet along the aid vacated North Right of Way line of West Hay Street to the point of beginning; and,
