t , � ORDINANCE NO. 2008-59 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERT - 255 WEST KENWOOD AVENUE - WHEREAS, on the 7th day of August, 2008, upon due noti e, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Decatur Mem rial Health Foundation to rezone premises described as: Lots 49 and 50 except the West 100 feet thereof of Butler Hei hts Subdivision as per Plat recorded in Book 335 on Page 610 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, from R-3 Single Family Residence District to O-1 Office District; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommend d that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Pla Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are reby, rezoned from R-3 Single Family Residence District to O-1 Office District. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are th se districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, comm nly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requ rements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein.
