In 2002/2003 the density of the number of reside tial units was <br /> changed by eliminating one 12 unit building. As t e change reduced <br /> the number of units the City Staff did not feel that it was necessary to <br /> modify the PUD. With this request to add a Recr ation Center and <br /> Pool the Petitioner was requested by City Staff to also update the plan <br /> to be in conformance with the actual number of u, its built. The original <br /> PUD was approved with 14-12 unit building (168 nits). The existing <br /> site contains only 13-12 unit buildings (156 units). <br /> 2. The Recreation Center and Pool will provide on s te work out and <br /> leisure facilities for the residents of The Woods c mplex. Only The <br /> Woods residents and their guests may use the o -site facilities. <br /> 3. The Addition of the on-site facilities provides an a enity that has been <br /> requested by The Woods residents. <br /> 4. This revision also brings the previously construct d 282 stall parking <br /> lot constructed south of The Woods facility into th PUD. <br />
