1 ' <br /> , � <br /> , � <br /> P <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2008-52 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPER Y <br /> - 2500 BLOCK NORTH CHURCH STRE T - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of July, 2008, upon due noti�e, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Trevor Stalets to rezone premises legally <br /> described as: <br /> Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), and the East Half of Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in <br /> Block Eleven (11) of Pythian Home Addition of Outlots to the ity of Decatur, as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book 300, Page 19 of the records in the Recorder's Office, <br /> Macon County, Illinois; and the part of the adjacent vacated ublic alley to said <br /> lots; AND, <br /> The West Half of Lots Five (5) and Six (6) of Block Eleven (11) of Pythian Home <br /> Addition of Outlots to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 300, Page <br /> 19 of the records in the Recorder's Office, Macon County, Illinbis; and the part of <br /> the adjacent vacated public alley to said lots; AND, <br /> Lot "D" and the adjacent vacated public alley in said Pythian �Iome Addition of <br /> Outlots, <br /> from R-3 Single Family Residence District to B-1 Neighborhood Shop�ing District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommend d that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br />
