� 1 . <br /> ' � � ' � <br /> , 1 • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2008-51 <br />' AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERT <br /> - 550 NORTH EDWARD STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of July, 2008, upon due notic , the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Decatur Ea hmover Credit Union to <br /> rezone premises legally described as: <br /> Lot Nine (9) and Lot Twelve (12) in Block 16 in C.H. Moore's Addition Decatur, <br /> as per Plat recorded in Book P on Page 501 of the Records in the Recorder's <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois. Situated in Macon County, Il inois, <br /> from M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Industrial District to PD Plann d Development District; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommend d that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY C UNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Pla Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon compliance with the conditions set forth elow and in the site plan <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A, said abo e described premises be, <br /> and they are hereby, rezoned from M-1 Intense Commercial/Light ndustrial District, to PD <br /> Planned Development District. <br /> i <br />
