Moore's Addition Decatur, <br /> as per Plat recorded in Book P on Page 501 of the Records in the Recorder's <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois. Situated in Macon County, Il inois, <br /> from M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Industrial District to PD Plann d Development District; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommend d that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY C UNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
