� <br /> . ,, � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2008-39 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> - 824 EAST PRAIRIE STREET - �, <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of April, 2008, upon due noti e, the Decatur City Plan I! <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Joshua J nes, for a conditional use <br /> permit under the provisions of Section XXII.A.3 of the Zoning Ordin ce to allow the operation <br /> of a barber shop on the first floor of property located in the City of ecatur, Illinois and legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> Lot 13 in Block One (1) of B.H. Cassell's Addition to the Cit of Decatur, as per <br /> plat recorded in Book 6, Page 148 of the Records in the R corder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommende that such conditional use <br /> permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY OUNCIL OF THE CITY � <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and granted. �� <br /> Section 2. That a conditional use permit be, and it is hereby, g anted to Joshua Jones, and <br /> only to Joshua Jones, to allow the operation of a barber shop on the fi st floor upon the premises <br /> aforesaid in accordance with the plat thereof hereto attached marked xhibit A and hereby made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That the conditional use permit be, and the ame is hereby, expressly <br /> conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) That concrete bollards must be placed in the ar a between the <br /> street and the sidewalk in order to prevent unautho ized parking in the <br /> front yard across the sidewalk; <br />
