c � <br /> � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2008-38 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INT�RSECTION <br /> - LOGAN STREET AND LOWBER STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O� DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice t ereof, the driver of a vehicle <br /> on Logan Street approaching Lowber Street from the east or west shall st�p and yield the right-of-way <br /> to vehicles on Lowber Street which have entered the intersection of said streets or which are <br /> approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said driver having so stopped <br /> and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval o�ccurs. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be tined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than Two <br /> Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
