� � � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2008-37 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING HANDICAPPE PARKING SPACE <br /> - 1728 NORTH GULICK AVENUE - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY F DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are provided giving notice thereof, parking <br /> be, and it is hereby, prohibited in front of the residence at 1728 North ulick Avenue at all times and <br /> the same is hereby restricted to only those vehicles bearing special egistration plates issued for <br /> operation of vehicles by or for the physically handicapped, or those vehi les displaying a handicapped <br /> decal. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violat any of the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined, not to exceed, Two Hundr d Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for <br /> each offense. <br /> Section 3.
