NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY CpUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: I Section l. That said petition and the rec�uest thereof be, a�d the same are hereby, approved. Section 2. That the annexation of said premises be, and the �ame is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows (1) The Petitioner, Tutko Investments, Inc., is required�� to contribute Sixty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Nii1e Dollars and Fifty-Eight ce��ts ($66,739.58) to the City of Decatur for improvements of�shoulder and pave�lent on Sunn}�side Drive and West Center Street and improvements to a culvert under West Center Street.
