Sprock requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: Lot One (1) of Luka Acres Second Addition (Book 1832/Page 8 4), a subdivision of Lot Two (2) of Luka Acres as recorded in Book 1832 Page 97 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, EXC PT that portion previously annexed under Ordinance 89-60 to the City of Dec tur and described as follows: , Commencing at the Northwest corner of the East '/2 of th� West '/2 of the Northwest '/4 of the Northeast '/4 of Section Thirty-Four (34), �'ownship Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3`d P.M., situated in Macon County; thence East 100.05 feet to the point of beginning, thence East 230.67 feet, thence South 200 feet, thence West 230.67 feet, thence North 200 feet to the point of beginning; and, WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within such territory and that no electors reside therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and, WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. NOW, THERF,FORE, BF IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY C UNCIL OF' THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS:
