�� i <br /> t <br /> (b) The City will keep, or cause to be kept, pro er books of record and <br /> accounts, separate from all other records and accounts of the C ty, in which complete and <br /> correct entries shall be made of all transactions relating t the Project and to the <br /> Incremental Property Taxes. Such books of record and accou ts shall at all times during <br /> business hours be subject to the inspection of the Bank or its re resentatives authorized in <br /> writing. <br /> (c) The City will prepare or cause the preparati n of complete financial <br /> statements with respect to the preceding fiscal year showing the Incremental Property <br /> Taxes received, all disbursements from the funds and accounts created by this Ordinance <br /> and the financial condition of the Project, including the balance in all funds and accounts <br /> relating to the Note and the Project as of the end of such fis al year, which statements <br /> shall be accompanied by a certificate or opinion in writing o an independent certified <br /> public accountant. The City will furnish a copy of such s atements and the annual <br /> financial statements of the City to the Bank within 180 days f the close of such fiscal <br /> year. <br /> (d) The City will preserve and protect the security of the Note and the rights of <br /> the registered owners of the Note. <br /> (e) The City will continue to implement the Project w'th all practicable dispatch <br /> in accord with its stated objectives and purposes. <br /> (fl The City will adopt, make, execute and deliver any and all such further <br /> ordinances, resolutions, instruments and assurances as may b reasonably necessary or <br /> proper to carry out the intention of, or to facilitate the perfo ance of, this Ordinance, <br /> and for the better assuring and confirming unto the registered owner of the Note of the <br /> rights and benefits provided in this Ordinance. <br /> -22- <br />
