ORDINANCE NO. 2008-25 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR FISC L YEAR MAY 1,2007 THROUGH APRIL 30,200 NON-DEPARTMENTAL—GENERAL FUN 10 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption by the Council of the annual Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year May 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008, c rtain additional expenses were not then anticipated when said annual Appropriation Ordinance as adopted; and WHEREAS, the total amount hereinafter appropriated is not in excess of the aggregate of the additional revenue so made available or estimated to be received y the City subsequent to the adoption of said annual Appropriation Ordinance as aforesaid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO CIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the following sums be, and they are hereby appropriated in the Non- Departmental Budget in the General Fund — Fund 10, for the corporat purposes, expenses, and lawful charges of the City for the fiscal year May l, 2007 through A il 30, 2008, said sums to be provided for as aforesaid: Brownfield Redevelopment $59,626 Section 2. That any unexpended balance of any item or items o any appropriation herein may be expended to make up deficiencies in any sum or sums otherwis so appropriated herein. Section 3. That the City Clerk, be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to cause this Ordinance to be published in pamphlet form.
