ORDINANCE NO. 2008-24 <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR FISC L YEAR <br /> MAY 1,2007 THROUGH APRIL 30, 2008 <br /> HOTEL FUND - FUND 98 <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption by the Council of he annual Appropriation <br /> Ordinance for the fiscal year May 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008, c rtain additional expenses <br /> were not then anticipated when said annual Appropriation Ordinance w s adopted; and <br /> WHEREAS, the total amount hereinafter appropriated is not in xcess of the aggregate of <br /> the additional revenue so made available or estimated to be received y the City subsequent to <br /> the adoption of said annual Appropriation Ordinance as aforesaid. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO IL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the following sums be, and they are hereby appropriated in the Hotel <br /> Fund — Fund 98, for the corporate purposes, expenses, and lawful c arges of the City for the <br /> fiscal year May 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008, said sums to be provid d for as aforesaid: <br /> Hotel Expenses $6,700,Q00 <br /> Section 2. That any unexpended balance of any item or items o any appropriation herein <br /> may be eYpended to make up deficiencies in any sum or sums otherwis so appropriated herein. <br /> Section 3.
