ORDINANCE NO. 2008-21 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR FISC L YEAR MAY 1,2007 THROUGH APRIL 30, 200 PARKING FUND—FUND 77 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption by the Council of the annual Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year May 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008, ce ain additional revenue not available and not then anticipated to be available when said annual Ap ropriation Ordinance was adopted has been made available or is anticipated to become availab e by higher revenues and lower expenditures; and WHEREAS, the total amount hereinafter appropriated is not in excess of the aggregate of the additional revenue so made available or estimated to be received by the City subsequent to the adoption of said annual Appropriation Ordinance as aforesaid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO CIL OF THE CITY OF I DECATUR, ILLINOIS: �i� Section 1. That the following sums be, and they are hereby a propriated in the Parking ', Fund — Fund 77, for the corporate purposes, expenses, and ?awful c arges of the City for the ',, fiscal year May 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008, said sums to be provi d for as aforesaid: iI Operating Expenses $10,000 Section 2. That any unexpended balance of any item or items c}f any appropriation herein may be eapended to make up deficiencies in any sum or sums otherwisje so appropriated herein. � Section 3.
