ORDINANCE NO. 2008-17 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR FISC L YEAR MAY 1, 2007 THROUGH APRIL 30, 200 FIRE PROGRAM FUND—FUND 31 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption by the Council of the annual Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year May l, 2007 through April 30, 2C108, ce ain additional revenue not available and not then anticipated to be available when said annual Ap ropriation Ordinance was adopted has been made available or is anticipated to become availab e by higher revenues and lower expenditures; and WHEREAS, the total amount hereinafter appropriated is not in excess of the aggregate of the additional revenue so made available or estimated to be received by the City subsequent to the adoption of said annual Appropriation Ordinance as aforesaid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO CIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the following sums be, and they are hereb appropriated in the Fire Program Fund - Fund 31, for the corporate purposes, expenses, and la ul charges of the City for the fiscal year May l, 2007 through Apri130, 2008, said sums to be pr vided for as aforesaid: Operating Expenses $21,600 Section 2. That any unexpended balance of any item or items f any appropriation herein may be expended to make up deficiencies in any sum or sums otherwi so appropriated herein. Section 3. That the City Clerk, be, and she is hereby authorize and directed to cause this Ordinance to be published in pamphlet form.
