ORDINANCE NO. 2008-14 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR FISC L YEAR MAY 1,2007 THROUGH APRIL 30, 200 NON-DEPARTMENTAL—GENERAL FUN 10 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption by the Council of the annual Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year May 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008, ertain additional expenses were not then anticipated when said annual Appropriation Ordinance as adopted; and WHEREAS, the total amount hereinafter appropriated is not in excess of the aggregate of the additional revenue so made available or estimated to be received by the City subsequent to II the adoption of said annual Appropriation Ordinance as aforesaid. '�I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO CIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the following sums be, and they are hereb appropriated in the Non- Departmental Budget in the General Fund — Fund 10, for the corpora e purposes, expenses, and lawful charges of the City for the fiscal year May 1, 2007 through A ril 30, 2008, said sums to be provided for as aforesaid: Transfer to Motor Vehicle Parking Fund $1 ,000 Section 2. That any unexpended balance of any item or items f any appropriation herein may be expended to make up deficiencies in any sum or sums otherwi e so appropriated herein. Section 3. That the City Clerk, be, and she is hereby authorize and directed to cause this Ordinance to be published in pamphlet form.
