On the 4th day of February, 2008, the Council adopted rdinance Number 2008-02 of the City entitled: AN ORDINANCE providing for the issuance of not o exceed a $1,400,000 Taxable General Obligation Line of Credit Note (Olde Towne Redevelopment Project), Series 2008A, of he City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, to pay the costs o demolition within the 300 Block of North Water and providing for the security for and payment of said note. (the "Note Ordinance"). The terms as used herein are defined in the Z!�1ote Ordinance. 2. The Note Ordinance, in accordance with delegated limit�, authorizes us to sell the Note. 3.
