Anderson Plaza, in said City, a 5:30 p.m., <br /> on Monday, the 4th day of February 2008. <br /> The Mayor called the meeting to order and the City Clerk calle the roll. <br /> Upon the roll being called, the Mayor and the following Co ncilmen were physically <br /> present at said location: Councilmen Michael T. Carrigan, Dan Cau kins, Patrick S. Edwards. <br /> The Council then discussed demolition within the 300 Bl ck of North Water and <br /> considered an ordinance providing for the issuance of a not to e ceed $1,400,000 Taxable <br /> General Obligation Line of Credit Note (Olde Towne Redevelopment Project), Series 2008A, of <br /> the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, and providing far the se�urity and for the payment <br /> of said note.
