"Note Registrar" means the institution or person so de ignated and defined in the <br /> Note Order, or successors or assigns. <br /> "Ordinance" means this Ordinance as originally intr uced and adopted and as <br /> the same may from time to time be amended or supplement d in accordance with the <br /> terms hereof. I <br /> "Paying Agent" means the institution, having fiduc`ary power, or person so <br /> designated and defined in the Note Order, or successors or assi ns. <br /> "Project Ficrad" means the Project Fund as established nd defined in Section 7 of <br /> this Ordinance. , <br /> "Project" means the Project as described and defined s such in the preambles to I, <br /> this Ordinance. 'I <br /> "Purchase Price" means the price paid to the City by he Purchaser for the Note, <br /> namely, the par amount of any Advance for Value. <br /> "Purchaser" means National City Bank, Decatur, Illihois, the purchaser of the <br /> Note as so identified in the Note Order. '' <br /> "Regular Record Date" means the fifteenth da before an interest a ment date <br /> Y Y PY <br /> on the Note or such other date as may be provided in the Note rder. <br /> "Taxable" means, with reference to the Note, the s atus of interest paid and <br /> received thereon as includable in the gross income of the own rs thereof under the Code <br /> for federal income tax purposes. <br /> Section 2. Findings. The Council hereby finds and deter ines that (A) all of the <br /> recitals contained in the preambles to this Ordinance are full, tru and correct and hereby <br /> incorporates them into this Ordinance by this reference; (B) this Ordin ce is adopted pursuant to <br /> Section 6 of Article VII of the Illinois Constitution of 1970; (C) it is�'necessary and in the best <br /> -5- <br />
