Ne ell, P.E., City Enginee <br /> SUBJECT: Ordinance Prohibiting Parking <br /> Both Sides of Regina Road between Ash Avenue an Brown Avenue <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends the approval of the attached Ordinance authorizing'parking to be prohibited <br /> on both side of Regina Road between Ash Avenue and Brown Avenu . <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> At the October 9, 2007, meeting of the Traffic and Parking Commissi n the Commission <br /> approved a request from area residents recommending parking be pro ibited on both sides of <br /> Regina Road between Ash Avenue and Brown Avenue. <br /> This parking change was implemented immediately under the authori y of the Police Chief to <br /> allow a test period through the holiday season. No problems or comp aints have been <br /> encountered with the change.
