These are based on the <br /> desire of the City Council to set the levy at $11,000,000. Once pass d by the Council they will <br /> be submitted to the Macon County Clerk so he can extend the city's 2 07 tax levy. <br /> 1. Ordinance establishing the 2007 corporate property ta levy. <br /> 2. Ordinance fully abating the 1991 General Obligation onds with water revenue. <br /> 3. Ordinance partially abating the 2004A General Obliga ion Bonds with funds from <br /> the General Fund. <br /> 4. Ordinance fully abating the 2004B General Obligat on Refunding Bonds with <br /> water revenue. <br /> 5. Ordinance fully abating the 2005 General Obligation efunding Bonds with water <br /> revenue. <br /> 6. Ordinance fully abating the 2007 General Obliga ion Notes with payments <br /> received from the hotel management company. <br />
