The 6.49 acre subject site currently contains nine (9) condo units with an additional five (5) <br /> units proposed for a combined total of fourteen (14) units. In 1967, t e parcel was approved for <br /> the construction of forty-eight (48) multi-family units. It was then mended in 1990 to reduce <br /> the density from forty-eight (48) to twenty-six (26) units. The most r cent amendment to reduce <br /> the number of units from twenty-six (26) to twenty (20) was appro ed by Council in June of <br /> 1993. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 1. The subject petition requests that the Residence Development lan (RDP) be amended to <br /> reduce the proposed units from twenty (20) to fourteen ( 4) to allow a perpetual <br /> landscape/green space area. <br /> STAFF ANALYSIS <br /> 1. The proposed reduction in units is consistent with the ch acter of the surrounding <br /> neighborhood and general area. The surrounding zoning in ludes R-1 Single Family <br /> Residence and R-2 Single Family Residence Districts. The unit eduction is consistent with <br /> the intent of the zoning districts. <br />
