A portion of PIN #07-07- <br /> 28-200-002; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within <br /> such territory and that no electors reside therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City <br /> and not within the corporate liinits of any city, village or incorporated town or other <br /> municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY C�UNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, � <br /> approved. <br />
