' ORDINANCE NO. 2007-73 I'I ORDINANCE ADDING TERRITORY TO ENTERPRISE ZONE ARCHER-DANIELS-MIDLAND COMPANY, WAKS DEVELOPMENT LLC BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE {CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: I Section 1: That Ordinance 82-122, as amended, pass d on the 29t" day of December, 1982 be, and the same is hereby, further amended a Exhibit A thereof by adding to the end of said Exhibit the following: ALSO (Amendment 28) � Exhibit "A": Parcel 1 — Macon County Parcel Number 13-OS-376-001 consisting of 5 acres more or less legally described as; Lot 3 of Clark's Subdivision of a part of the E. 1/2, NW '/4, Section 5 and a part of the E. '/2, SW '/4, Section 5, all in T. 16 N., R. 3 E., of the 3`d P.M. as recorded in Book 300, page 72, of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, lllinois, except the North Five (5) Acres, and; Parcel 2 — Macon County Parcel Number 13-OS-376-004 consist ng of 5 acres more or less legally described as; Lot Four (4) of Clark's Subdivision of the South 20 feet f the East Half of the North West Quarter of Section Five (5) and of the East Half of the South West Quarter of Section Five (5) and that part of the North East Quarter of the N rth West Quarter and the North West Quarter of the North East Quarter of Section 8) lying North of the Wabash Railroad Co's land, all in Township Sixteen (16) North, ange Three (3) East of the 3`d P.M., as per Plat recorded in Book 300 page 72 of the Reaords in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, and: Parcel 3 — Macon County Parcel Number 08-32-300-002 consisting of 75 acres more or less legally described as; The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Three (3) East of the 3`d P.M., except the East five (5) acres thereof, and;
