A port on of PIN #07-07- <br /> 28-200-002; and, <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District, to PD Planned Developme�nt District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommend d that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY OUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Pla Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon compliance with the conditions set fort in the site plan attached <br /> hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A, and upon the co dition stated below, said <br /> above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R- Single Family Residence <br /> District to PD, Planned Development District. <br />
