r. ` � ' � � <br /> � � <br /> 1 <br /> /�,�� ` �{�/lC Q_ �U� , �(� � 7 '� <br /> v� <br /> , <br /> �� ,�� f�o 200'1 - 7� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2007-71 ' <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPER Y <br /> - 1100 WEST ARBOR DRIVE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the St" day of July, 2007, upon due noti e, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Primrose M agement, L.L.C. to rezone <br /> premises legally described as: <br /> The East 500 feet of the East 25 acres of the North Half of th Northeast Quarter <br /> (NE '/4) of Section Twenty-Eight (28), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range <br /> Two (2) East of the 3`d P.M., Macon County, Illinois. A port on of PIN #07-07- <br /> 28-200-002; and, <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District, to PD Planned Developme�nt District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommend d that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY OUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Pla Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon compliance with the conditions set fort in the site plan attached <br /> hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A, and upon the co dition stated below, said <br /> above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R- Single Family Residence <br /> District to PD, Planned Development District. <br />
