Commonly <br /> known as 1553 Allison Drive, Decatur, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners o record of all land within <br /> such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is <br /> contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated <br /> town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation ha been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY � UNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, a d the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed if any, be, and the same <br /> are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the C ty of Decatur, Illinois, a <br /> municipal corporation. <br />
