I do further certify that the foregoing is a full, true and comple e transcript of that portion of the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on the 15th day of ugust 2007 insofar as the same relates to the adoption of an ordinance numbered 2007-68 and en itled: AN ORDINANCE of the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, amending City Ordinance Number 2006-94, adopted by the Council on the 2nd day of October, 2006. a true, correct and complete copy of which said ordinance as adopted at said meeting appears in the foregoing transcript of the minutes of said meeting.
