EXTRACT OF M�1vUTES of the special public meet'ng of the Council of the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illin is, held at City Hall, One Gary K. Anderson Plaza, in said City, a 6:30 p.m., on Wednesday, the 15th day of August 2007. The Mayor called the meeting to order and called the roll. Upon the roll being called, the Mayor and the following Co ncilmen were physically present at said location: Councilmen Michael T. Carrigan, Dan C ulkins, Shad L. Edwards, Patrick S. Laegeler, Mike McElroy, Betsy Stockard, and Mayor Paul sborne. The following Councilmen were allowed by a majority of he members of the City Council in accordance with and to the extent allowed by rules adopted by the City Council to attend the meeting by video or audio conference: None. No Councilman was not permitted to attend the meeting by vid o or audio conference. The following Councilmen were absent and did not particip te in the meeting in any manner or to any extent whatsoever: None The following were absent: None The Mayor announced that the Council would next consider th adoption of an ordinance amending City Ordinance Number 2006-94, adopted by the Council n the 2nd day of October, 2006.
