That Section 8 of Chapter 60 and Section 5 of Cha ter 61 of the City Code of <br /> the City of Decatur be, and the same are hereby, amended and mo ified at said Sections and <br /> Chapters, so that said Section 8 of Chapter 60 and Section 5 of Ch ter 61 as amended, shall <br /> provide as follows: <br /> 60. TAXICABS AND TAXI DRIVERS. <br /> 8. INSURANCE. Each operator must carry automobile liability insurance <br /> on each licensed taxicab in the amount of at least On Million Dollars <br /> ($1,000,000.00) combined single limit and shall name the Cit of Decatur as an <br /> Additional Named Insured. Such insurance must be kept in fo ce at all times and <br /> if any such insurance expires, such operator must at once cea e operation of any <br /> taxicabs on the streets of the City. Certificates of all insuran e must be kept on <br /> file in the Financial Management Department at all times Such insurance <br /> company must be one licensed to do business in the State of Illi ois. <br /> 61. LIVERY VEHICLES. <br /> 5. INSURANCE. Each operator must carry a tomobile liability <br /> insurance on each licensed livery vehicle in the amount of at least One Million <br /> Dollars ($1,000,000.00) combined single limit and shall name he City of Decatur <br /> as an Additional Named Insured. Such insurance must be ept in force at all <br /> times and if any such insurance expires, such operator m st at once cease <br /> operation of any livery vehicles on the streets of the City. Certificates of all <br /> insurance must be kept on file in the Financial Management Department at all <br /> times. Such insurance company must be licensed to do busi ess in the State of <br /> Illinois. <br />
