' S , . ORDINANCE NO. 2007-63 ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE - CHAPTER 41 — - MISCELLANEOUS STREET REGULATIONS— BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF E CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Sections 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 o Chapter 41 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the sa e are hereby modified and amended by amending Section 12, adding new Sect ons 13 and 16 thereto and renumbering Sections 13 through 18 of Chapter 41 hereto, so that Sections 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 as so modified and mended, shall provide as follows: 12. ...A sidewalk permit shall designate what portio s of the sidewalk shall be used for such purpose. The fee for such p rmit ... 13. FOOD AND BEVERAGE CARTS (A). No person, firm or corporation shall use th public sidewalk, public right-of-way or Central Park for the sale f food and/or beverage without the authorization of the City Man ger. A food and beverage cart permit shall designate where the c rt shall be located. A food and beverage cart vendor may submit u to two (2) locations for conducting business. No food and bever ge cart vendor may sell their food or beverage at any other locati n than what is allowed by permit. Location(s) may be changed fter 60 days with approval from the Director of Engineeri g and Infrastructure. The fee for such permit shall be $150.00, d may not be pro-rated. Only three (3) permits shall be granted. (B). The Director of Engineering and Infrastruct re may issue a permit for the use of the public sidewalk, public r'ght-of- way or Central Park for any food and beverage cart to the o ner or operator of said food and beverage cart, as defined and lice sed by the Macon County Health Department, subject to the fo lowing conditions: (1) The food and beverage cart shall not be located n public parking spaces and shall only occupy and use approved pub ic locations in
