� i ORDINANCE NO. 2007-55 ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDIN NCE - LANDSCAPING AND EXTERIOR LIGHT NG - WHEREAS, on the 7th day of June, 2007, upon due noti e, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing on the petition of Greg C. Crowe, Director of Economic and Urban Development, to modify and amend the Zoning Ordinance o the City of Decatur, the same being Ordinance No. 3512, as amended, at Section XXVIII there f; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did rep rt its findings and did recommend that said petition be granted and that the Zoning Ordi ance be so modified and amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the llecaturlCit - Plan Commission be, 5 and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That Section XXVIII.J.S of the Zoning Ordinance o the City of Decatur (Ord. No. 3512 as amended by Ord. No. 2002-33) be, and the same is her by, amended by adding a new subsection c. thereto, so that as so modified and amended said ection XXVIII.J.S.c shall provide as follows: SECTION XXVIII.
