the number of subscribers in the Muni ipality divided by the total <br /> number of subscribers in relation t the relevant region or <br /> national compensation arrangement; an <br /> c. All revenue collected by the Provider, rising from or attributable <br /> to the provision of Service by he Provider within the <br /> Municipality including, but not li ited to: fees charged <br /> Subscribers for any basic, optional, pr�mium, per-channel or per- <br /> program service; franchise fees; inst�llation and re-connection <br /> fees; converter rentals and/or sales; l�te or administrative fees; <br /> upgrade, downgrade or other chang -in-service fees; prorata <br /> advertising revenues; prorata reven s from home shopping <br /> commissions; and any prorata value (a retail price levels) of any <br /> non-monetary remuneration receive by the Provider in <br /> consideration of the performance of advertising or any other <br /> service of the system, including fees a ributable to Service when <br /> sold individually or as part of a packag or bundle, or functionally <br /> integrated, with services other than the 'ervice. <br /> 2. For the purposes of this Chapter, the term " 'ross Revenues" shall not <br /> include the following: <br /> a. Any revenue not actually received, e en if billed, such as bad <br /> debt net of any recoveries of bad debt; <br /> b. Refunds, rebates, credits or discou ts to subscribers or the <br /> Municipality to the extent not already ffset by clause (a.) and to <br /> the extent such refund, rebate, credit, o discount is attributable to <br /> the Service; <br /> c. Any revenues received by the Provide or its Affiliates from the <br /> provision of services or capabilities other than the Service, <br /> including telecommunications services information services, and <br /> services, capabilities, and applications hat may be sold as part of <br /> a package or bundle, or functionally int grated, with the Service; <br /> d. Any revenues received by the Provid r or its Affiliates for the <br /> provision of directory or Internet adv rtising, including yellow <br /> pages, white pages, banner adve isement, and electronic <br /> publishing; <br /> e. Any requirements or charges for man ging the public rights-of- <br /> way with respect to a Franchise or mpetitive Video Service <br /> Agreement under this Chapter, inclu ing payments for bonds, <br /> security funds, letters of credit, i urance, indemnification, <br /> penalties, or liquidated damages; ' <br /> 3 <br />
