A City of Decatur ermit is required to be <br /> issued prior to work commencing. <br /> (b) In the event that the Director of Engineering & Infrastructure fails to <br /> provide such specification of location to the telec mmunications retailer <br /> within either <br /> (1) ten (10) business days after service of otice to the City by the <br /> telecommunications retailer in the case of ork not involving <br /> excavation for new construction or <br /> (2) twenty-five (25) business days after se ice of notice by the <br /> telecommunications retailer in the case of ork involving <br /> excavation for new construction, the telec mmunications retailer <br /> may commence work without obtaining a ermit under this Chapter. <br /> (c) Upon the provision of such specification by th City, where a permit is <br /> required for work pursuant to this Chapter the tel communications retailer <br /> shall submit to the City an application for a permi and any and all plans, <br /> specifications and documentation available rega ing the facility to be <br /> constructed.
