Specimen Trees or Trees of Special Significance. T e City may require that <br /> special measures be taken to preserve specimen trees or trees of special significance. <br /> The required measures may consist of higher poles, side arm xtensions, covered wire <br /> or other means. <br /> C. Chemical Use. Spraying of any type of brush-killing hemicals will not be <br /> permitted on rights-of-way unless the utility demonstrates to th � satisfaction of the <br /> Director of Engineering & Infrastructure that such spraying is t e only practicable <br /> method of vegetation control. <br /> 18. REMOVAL, RELOCATION, OR MODIFICATIONS OF UTILITY <br /> FACILITIES. <br /> A. Notice.
