ORDINANCE NO. 2007-33 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR FISC L YEAR MAY 1, 2006 THROUGH APKIL 30, 200 CAPITAL FUND - FUND 45 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption by the Council of the annual Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2007, c�ertain additional expenses were not then anticipated when said annual Appropriation Ordinance v�as adopted; and WHEREAS, the total amount hereinafter appropriated is not in excess of the aggregate of the additional revenue so made available or estimated to be received by the City subsequent to the adoption of said annual Appropriation Ordinance as aforesaid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO CIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the following sums be, and they are hereby ppropriated in the Capital Fund — Fund 45, for the corporate purposes, expenses, and lawful c arges of the City for the fiscal year May 1, 2006 through Apri130, 2007, said sums to be provi ed for as aforesaid: Restoration of Transfer House $412,60p Section 2. That any unexpended balance of any item or items f any appropriation herein may be expended to make up deficiencies in any sum or sums otherwi e so appropriated herein.
