t ' ORDINANCE NO. 2007-32 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR FISC L YEAR MAY 1,2006 THROUGH APRIL 30, 200 JUSTICE ADMINISTRATION GRANT —FU D 39 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption by the Council of Ithe annual �ppropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2007, certain additional revenue not available and not then anticipated to be available when said annual Ap ropriation Ordinance was adopted has been made available or is anticipated to become availab e by higher revenues and lower expenditures; and WHEREAS, the total amount hereinafter appropriated is not in excess of the aggregate of the additional revenue so made available or estimated to be received by the City subsequent to the adoption of said annual Appropriation Ordinance as aforesaid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO CIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section L That the following sums be, and they are hereby ppropriated in the Justice Administration Grant— Fund 39, for the corporate purposes, expenses� and lawful charges of the City for the fiscal year May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2007, said s�ms to be provided for as aforesaid: Operating Expenses $48,000 Section 2. That any unexpended balance of any item or items f any appropriation herein may be expended to make up deficiencies in any sum or sums otherwi e so appropriated herein.
