� r <br /> � � 4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2007-22 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AL -WAY <br /> STOP INTERSECTION <br /> - WEST WILLIAM STREET AND NORTH C URCH STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'fHF. CITY F DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the intersection of West William Street and Nort Church Street in the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, designated and established a a all-way stop intersection. <br /> Section 2. That when appropriate signs are erected giving no ice thereof; vehicular traffic <br /> approaching said intersection from any direction, shall stop and after h ving stopped, shall yield the <br /> right-of-way to any vehicle which has entered the intersection from nother direction or which is <br /> approaching so closely on the roadway as to constitute an immediate haz rd during the time when said <br /> vehicle is moving across or within the intersection, and thereafter havi g so stopped and so yielded, <br /> may proceed at such time as a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 3. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violat any of the provisions of this <br /> ordinance shall. u on conviction be fined not less than Ten Dollars 10.00 nor more than Two <br /> p , $ ) <br /> Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 4.
