That Chapter 70 of the City Code of th� �'ity oi� ccatur be, and the san�� is <br /> hereby, amended and madified at Section 2, Section 6, Section 7 an Section 8 thereof,; so that <br /> said Scction 2, Section 6, Section 7 and Section 8, as amended, shall p ovide as follows: <br /> 2. PROPEKTY MAINTENANCE CODE. The sa e having been duly <br /> placed and remained on file as required by law, and subj ct to the additions, <br /> modifications, changes or deletions set out in this Chapt r, the International <br /> Property Maintenance Code/2006, the same being found nd declared by the <br /> Council to be regulations as defined by applicable statute, i hereby adopted by <br /> reference, the same to be known, and which may be cite as "The Property <br /> 1�laintenance Code" of the City, and which shall have the scop and applicability as <br /> therein set out, except as modified by the provisions of this Ch pter. <br /> 6. DELETION.
