The same ha ing been duly placed and <br /> remained on file as required by law, and subject to the additions, odifications, changes or <br /> deletions set out in this Chapter, the T�nr n '`T�*;���' Internatio al Property Maintenance <br /> Code/�9�-� 2006 , , ., the same <br /> being found and declared by the Council to be regulations as define by applicable statute, is <br /> hereby adopted by reference, the same to be known, and which may be cited as "The Property <br /> Maintenance Code" of the City, and which shall have the scope and pplicability as therein set <br /> out, except as modified by the provisions of this Chapter. <br /> 6.
