<br /> (rr) PM-8: Penalty. That no person, firm or corporation shall e ect, construct, alter,
<br /> extend, repair, remove, demolish, maintain, operate, use or oc upy any structure or
<br /> equipment regulated by the provisions of this chapter or f the Code adopted
<br /> hereby, or by the rules or directives promulgated or notices 'ssued thereunder, or
<br /> cause the same to be done, contrary to or in conflict with or i violation of any of
<br /> said provisions, rules, directive or notices, and any person, firm or corporation
<br /> violating or found to be in violation thereof shall upon convict on be fined no more
<br /> than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and ach day on which a
<br /> violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate off nse.
<br /> 8. PENALTY. (A) That no person, firm or co oration shall erect,
<br /> construct, alter, extend, repair, remove, demolish, maintain, o erate, use or occupy
<br /> any structure or equipment regulated by the provisions of t is Chapter or of the
<br /> Code adopted hereby, or by the rules or directives promulga ed or notices issued
<br /> thereunder, or cause the same to be done, contrary to or i conflict with or in
<br /> violation of any of said provisions, rules, directives or not ces, and, except as
<br /> provided in subsections (B) and (C) hereof, any person, firm or corporation
<br /> violating or found to be in violation thereof shall upon conv ction be fined not
<br /> more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each offe se, and each day on
<br /> which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a sep rate offense.
<br /> (B) When a defendant is con��icted of a vio ation of any of th�
<br /> pro�-isions of this chapter, or of the Code adopted hereby or t e rules or directives
<br /> promulgated or notices issued hereunder, as provided in su section (A) hereof,
<br /> which violation occurred within 12 months of a prior convict�on for a violation ot
<br /> any of the pro��isions of this chapter, or of the Code adopted ereby or the rules or
<br /> directives promulgated or notices issued hereunder, and such c arges are separately
<br /> brought and tried and arise out of a different series of act or omissions, such
<br /> defendant shall upon conviction be fined not less than Fi -e Hundred Dollars
<br /> ($500.00) nor more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) or each offense and
<br /> each day a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a s parate offense.
<br /> (C) When a defendant is convicted of a violation of an of the provisions of
<br /> this chapter, or Qf the Code adopted hereby or the rules or di ectives promulgated
<br /> or notices issued hereunder, as provided in subsection (A) he eof, which violation
<br /> occurred within 12 months of any two (2) prior convictions for a violation of any of
<br /> the provisions of this chapter, or of the Code adopted he by or the rules or
<br /> directives promulgated or notices issued hereunder, which pr'ar convictions each
<br /> arose out of a different series of acts or omissions, and such present charges are
<br /> separately brought and tried and arise out of a different series of acts or omissions
<br /> from either of the prior convictions, such defendant shall upo conviction be fined
<br /> not less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) nor more han Two Thousand
<br /> Dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense and each day a violation occurs or continues
<br /> shall be considered a separate offense.
