BUILDING INSPECTIONS. Whenever in said C de reference is made to the code official such shall be taken to mean and sh ll be construed to refer to the Building Inspection Manager or his designee as fully as if said designation was set out therein in lieu of such words and whe ever reference is therein made to the department of building inspections or si ilar reference such shall be taken to mean and shall be construed to refer o the Building Inspections Division of the Economic and urban Development Department as fully as if said designation was set out there in lieu of such wo ds. 6.
