Upon payment of the annual egistration fee to the <br /> veterinarian, unless exempt for such p yment, a registration <br /> certificate will be issued b the veterinari who shall remit the <br /> ori�inal to the Finance Department. A copy of said certificate shall <br /> be kept by the owner, and the D.V.M. <br /> inoculating the dog or cat. The Registrati n Certificate shall be <br /> appropriately numbered and serially fi ed by the Finance <br /> Department. <br /> 21. REGISTRATION TAG <br /> A. At the time an animal is registe d as herein provided, <br /> the ' veterinarian who in culated the do or cat <br /> shall issue a registration tag furnished b t e Finance De artment <br /> bearing a number corresponding with he number on said <br /> registration certificate. The re istration ta ust be obtained at the <br /> Finance De artment when a vaccination is btained out of count <br /> after presentin�proof of rabies vaccination. Registration tags shall <br /> be of suitable, durable material and of a siz suitable to be affixed <br /> to a collar worn by the registered animal. Registration tags shall <br /> be varied either in color or in shape from registration period to <br /> registration period so that tags issued for a egistration period may <br /> be readily distinguished from tags issued f r prior periods in near <br /> proximity of time. <br />
