, + � � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2007-12 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY COD <br /> CHAPTER 52 <br /> - ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR- <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 52 of the City Code of the City of D I catur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, amended and moditied at Section 4, so that said Se tion 4 as amended, shall <br /> provide as follows with regard to Class K as defined therein: <br /> 4. LICENSE CLASSIFICATIONS. <br /> Class K, under which the licensed premises may only be a <br /> movie theater in which the licensee has invested therein fter January 1, <br /> 2004 not less than Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ( 250,000.00) as <br /> reasonably determined by the Local Liquor Control Com issioner using <br /> general recognized accounting practices and said licensed p emises must be <br /> located in the B-4 Central Business District of downtown D catur. A Class <br /> K license shall authorize beer and wine only to be sold by t e drink only for <br /> consumption on the premises incidental to the viewing of m4tion pictures or <br /> live theatrical or stage performances and shall not be pern�itted to operate <br /> on the licensed premises a bar or lounge area at which aZcoholic liquors <br /> alone may be purchased. A Class K license shall be person 1 to the licensee <br /> and exclusively limited to the premises and shall not b used for any <br /> premises situated in any Residence, Office, Park M bile Home or <br /> Neighborhood Shopping District established by the Zoning rdinance. <br />
