�-� � n ORDINANCE NO. 2007-11 ORDINANCE RENAMING STREET SEYMOUR STREET TO NORTH RAILROAD VENUE ', BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ITY OF DECAri'UR. ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the name of the street located in the Ci of Decatur, Illinois, heretofore known as Seymour Street, be, and the same is hereb , changed to, and said street shall be hereinafter known as, North Railroad Avenue. Section 2. That the Director of Engineering and Infras ructure be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to post signs or other approp iate markings on and along said streets designating the same as North Railroad Avenue. Section 4. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, aut orized and directed to notify the Decatur, Illinois branch of the United States Post ffice and the County Clerk of Macon County of this ordinance by mailing a certified copy of same to each, by certified mail. Section 5. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in ull force on March l. 2007.
