ORDINANCE NO. 2007-07 <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING WATER SERVIC AGREEMENT <br /> DISTRICT <br /> DANNY DRIVE AREA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ITY OF DECATUR, <br /> II.LINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the formation of a Water Service Agr ement District for the <br /> Danny Drive area for water service outside of the corporate limit presented to the City <br /> Council herewith, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on ile and approved. <br /> Section 2.
