Y <br /> , � I <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2007-06 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDI NANCE <br /> - OFFICE DISTRICT - <br /> - SIGNS - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 1 st day of February, 2007 upon du notice, the Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission held a public hearing on the petition of Greg C. Crowe, <br /> Director of Economic and Urban Development, to modify an amend the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the City of Decatur, the same being Ordinance N . 3512, as amended, <br /> at Sections XXV.E.3.a. and XXV.E.3.b., so that said sections as so modified and <br /> amended shall provide as follows: <br /> SECTION XXV.E.3. Wall Signs <br /> All uses except one family and two family residences and accessory <br /> uses, may erect a wall sign, subject to the following: ' <br /> a. Number per Main Building: No limit; prov ded that the <br /> aggregate square footage of all wall signs does no exceed the <br /> maximum square footage as required in b. below. <br /> b. Maximum Area per Sign: Ten percent (10%) o the farade or <br /> wall on which the sign(s) is/are attached, or one (1) sq are foot per <br /> linear foot of occupant frontage, whichever is larger. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did re ort its findings and <br /> did recommend that said petition be granted and that the Zon ng Ordinance be so <br /> modified and amended. <br />
