A motion to forward Calendar Number 07-04 to t e City Council with a
recommendation of approval is suggested.
Mr. John asked if the language proposed for O-1 is already incl ded in the B-1 and B-2
Districts.
Mr. Mark Smith stated that the requirements are being modifie in the O-1 District to
make the district more conforming with the commercial districts.
There were no objectors present.
It was moved and seconded (Nordholm/Dunn) to forward Calendar No. 07-04 to the City
Council with recommendation for approval as submitted.
