That the above described easeinent be, and the sa e is hereby, vacated as an <br /> easement inasmuch as the same is no longer required for public use ld the public interest will <br /> be subserved by such vacation, said easement being shown on the pl t thereof hereto attached <br /> and hereby made a part hereof. <br />
