V . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2006-ll5 <br /> ORDINANCE ABATING LF,VY <br /> GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING B NDS <br /> SERIES 2004B <br /> WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 2004-21 passed and approved on March 15, 2004, the <br /> Council caused general obligation refunding bonds of the City to be i sued and did levy therein <br /> certain sums to pay the principal and interest on said bonds; and, <br /> WHEKEAS, funds other than those raised bv general taxa ion have or will become <br /> available to timely pay such principal and interest as the same become due in fiscal year 2p07- <br /> 2008. <br /> NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COL CIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
