That when the appropriate sign is erected giving n tice thereof, the driver of a <br /> vehicle on South 21S` Street approaching East Hendrix Street from the outh shall stop and yield the <br /> right-of-way to vehicles on East Hendrix Street which have entered the ,intersection of said streets or <br /> which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate l�azard, but said driver having <br /> so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may�roceed at such time as a sa interval occurs. <br /> � <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violat� any of the provisions of this <br /> ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars �$10.00) nor more than Two <br /> I-Iundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. �' <br /> Section 3.
